Caserta

Caserta is a city of ancient origins, now a sought-after tourist destination. Its Royal Palace, built in the second half of the 18th century, is the symbol of the city. Inside, it is possible to visit the area reserved for the Royal Family, the Reception Halls, the Old Apartment; outside, its park is crossed by avenues adorned with statues and fountains.

Among other places not to be missed are the Belvedere San Leucio Palace, a monumental complex from the 19th century, awarded the title of UNESCO World Heritage Site, the Silk Museum, and Casertavecchia, with its Cathedral, the bell tower, and the remains of the castle.
